CEO Robert J. Finlay to Speak at IMN Crowdfunding Forum for Real Estate in Santa Monica

Charlotte, N.C. — QuietStream Financial Chief Executive Robert J. Finlay will speak on the merits of online investor management and real estate crowdfunding at the upcoming IMN Crowdfunding Forum for Real Estate in Santa Monica, California on Wednesday, Sept. 16.

Finlay will be a featured speaker at the two-day event, which is expected to draw more than 400 real estate professionals. The event will focus on the $2.5 billion real estate crowdfunding industry, including JOBS Act regulations, building private white-label investment platforms, marketing to attract new investors and using new investor management tools.

Finlay’s experience as an entrepreneur and innovator in the commercial real estate industry is unmatched. A Wall Street veteran, he pioneered the commercial defeasance industry in 2000, closing the first commercial loan defeasance in U.S. history and building Commercial Defeasance LLC into the industry’s premier provider of defeasance solutions.
